Terms & Condition

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These terms define the service we provide to you. By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. WHO WE ARE & OUR ROLE

1.1 The Agency: "BookForYou" is a trading name of Blue Horizon Media Promotions Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (Registration No. 10067515).

1.2 Our Capacity: We act solely as a Booking Agent for third-party suppliers (the "Principal"), such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

1.3 Your Contract: When you make a booking, your contract for the flight or service is directly with the Principal (Airline). We are not the carrier and are not responsible for the operation of the flight.

2. FINANCIAL PROTECTION (CRITICAL)

2.1 Flight-Only Bookings: Please note that flight-only bookings sold by us as an agent for the airline are NOT ATOL Protected. You will not receive an ATOL Certificate. Your financial protection depends on the airline's own policies and your travel insurance.

2.2 Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance immediately upon booking to cover you against airline failure or cancellation.

3. BOOKING & PAYMENT

3.1 Price Guarantee: Fares are dynamic. The price quoted is not guaranteed until full payment is received and the tickets are issued.

3.2 Deposits: If we allow you to book with a deposit, this secures your seat allocation but does not guarantee the fare. If the airline increases taxes or fuel surcharges before the balance is paid, you are liable for the difference.

3.3 Non-Refundable: All deposits and service fees paid to us are strictly non-refundable.

3.4 Payment Deadlines: Balances must be paid by the due date specified on your confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of all monies paid.

4. CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS BY YOU

4.1 Procedure: Requests to change or cancel must be made in writing by the lead passenger.

4.2 Fees: In addition to any penalties charged by the Airline (which can be up to 100%), we charge the following Agency Administration Fees:

4.3 No-Show: If you fail to check in for your flight, your ticket will be treated as cancelled by the airline with 100% loss of fare.

5. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY THE AIRLINE

5.1 Schedule Changes: Airlines reserve the right to change flight times or cancel routes. As your agent, we are not responsible for these changes.

5.2 Re-scheduling: If the airline cancels your flight, we will assist you in obtaining a refund or re-booking in accordance with the airline’s policy.

5.3 Liability: We are not liable for any secondary losses (e.g., prepaid hotels, car hire, loss of earnings) resulting from airline schedule changes or cancellations.

6. PASSPORTS, VISAS & HEALTH

6.1 Your Responsibility: It is your absolute responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documents.

6.2 Denied Boarding: We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into a country due to failure to carry correct documentation.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
